Remember 1981? In 1981, a royal wedding took place at Buckingham Palace in London, England. Prince Charles married a kindergarten teacher named Diana Spencer. July 7, 1981, President Ronald Reagan nominated Sandra Day O’ Connor as the first woman for the U.S. Supreme Court. In 1981, Erno Rubik invented the Rubik‘s cube. March 30, 1981, President Ronald Reagan was shot in the chest as he was walking to his limousine. May 1981, Pope John Paul II was shot. He was riding in a car around Rome. And, of course, Copperstate Dinner Theater opens!
Pajama Tops is directed by Peter J. Hill who with Arizona Republic calls ‘The Valley’s master farceur.‘, and stars Marty Berger, Susie Dwyer, Beau Heckman, Stephanie Ann Landers, Pat Russel, Ashley Shoemaker and Brian E Sweis.

The Master of Farce returns! Ray Cooney, author of the Copperstate mega-hits, Run For Your Wife and Caught in the Net, is back at his hilarious best! Henry Perkins, a mild-mannered CPA accidentally picks up a briefcase full of cash. Suspecting it to be illicit money, he rushes home to book one-way tickets to Barcelona! When a body riddled with bullets is pulled from the Thames, carrying Henry’s briefcase, Henry, his wife & his harried neighbors must find a way to deal with the funny money! A valley premier!

The Copperstate Dinner Theater At Phoenix Greyhound Park is pleased to announce the opening of the classic musical Cabaret! The classic Kander and Ebb musical comes to Copperstate, Friday & Saturday evenings with dinner at 6:30 and the curtain at 8:00. Sunday Supper Shows begin with dinner at 5:30 and curtain at 7:00, January 5th through February 25, 2007.
One of the most entertaining and powerful musicals of all time, Cabaret is set in Berlin as the Nazis rise to power. Cabaret features tremendous songs including Don’t Tell Mama, Perfectly Marvelous and, of course, the classic title tune. Cabaret promises to be the divinely decadent musical of the season. Come to the Cabaret!
The Copperstate Dinner Theater production of Cabaret is directed by Producing director Peter J. Hill, with musical direction by Russ Noble and choreographed by Noel Irick. The production stars Jesse Berger, Jasmin Feleciano, Jessica Godber, Mike Heslin, Noel Irick, Katrina Reyes, Stephanie Anne Landers, Matt McDonald, Kerry McDonough, Chrystalle Reed, Patrick Salazar, Michael Stewart and George Wahl.
